As you may or may not know, Iapos;m the cashier at one of the leading supermarkets in NB. Since our town is basically split in 1/2 by the rich and the poor, I get characters of all kinds. One in particular is the apos;bag ladyapos;. Known for reppinapos; DPA pretty much all day long, she is well known by the people around here. The absolute worst part of her being around here is that she smells like piss. The smell is toxic. The minute she walks in the smell overrides the store in a apos;pig penapos; (dirty kid from charlie brown) sort of fashion.
So one night in particular, I�was working the grave yard shift and here she comes into the store to buy a apos;fewapos; things. She walked in and browsed through the place for about an hour, driving most of the customers to come to me and complain. A few people suggested I�kick her out, but I�have a heart, unfourtunately. An hour or so later she comes on my line with a $100 worth of food. Now Iapos;m pratically chocking from the smell and the other cashiers all took off, so I was the only one there. I ring her up and she goes and STARTS to leave until she sees the maps and the umbrellas. She sees these items and her attention is caught. She walks up to me with a map of New Jersey and asks me the price. I look on back. $16.80. She says OK�and she buys it. Then she leaves and comes back with an umbrella. The EIGHTH�umbrella sheapos;s bought in the time I�worked there. OK so after chocking 2 more times. She finally leaves. Thank God. The best part about that is I�saw her up pretty far North on DPA. Maybe sheapos;s really going to Jersey.
